Marshallized EVJ with Tweed tone, VVR, and CF. VVR all the way up, CF off, Tweed at 1 o'clock. Volume at 3 o'clock.
Played with a strat with lollar blondes pups. Overdrive controlled with guitar volume. Mostly on bridge pup, but switch to neck at one point.
Mic'd with SM-57 about 3" from grill, 1" off the center of the cone. Avatar 2x12 closed back cab with Eminence Legend V12's. Mic --> dbx mic pre-amp --> toneport --> gearbox --> garageband.
Only processing is medium hall reverb thru gearbox.
